Jeff Olshin

MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Jeff currently serves as Managing Principal for Xplora Search Group with over 20 years of recruiting experience for positions in accounting, finance, internal audit, tax and information technology. Specializing in both permanent and interim projects of technically skilled professionals. Jeff also oversees Xplora’s operational, financial considerations and leads the charge for business development. His CPA and accounting background enable him to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ and candidates’ needs and serve as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process, providing insight into the Philadelphia job market, best practices for interviewing and evaluation, and essential salary information. Jeff graduated from University of Delaware with his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He resides in Montgomery County with his family.

Kevin Vesci

MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Kevin is an Executive Recruiter and Managing Principal for Xplora Search Group with over 20 years of recruiting experience for positions in accounting, finance, audit, tax, legal, and human resources. He specializes in both permanent and temporary placements for any role within the CFO organization. His experience as an accountant first and a recruiter second allows him to gain an in-depth understanding and partner with clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Kevin graduated from St. Bonaventure University with his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He resides in Montgomery County with his family and is always open for a round of golf!

Sara Babitt

PRINCIPAL

Sara is a Principal and Executive Recruiter at Xplora Search Group with over 13 years of direct hire recruiting experience for positions in accounting, finance, internal/IT audit, and tax at all levels, from staff to C-Level. Sara prides herself in making her clients her highest priority and guiding accounting & finance professionals in making strategic career decisions. In addition to recruiting, Sara previously served as a Board Member for the American Association of Finance and Accounting (AAFA), a national recruiting organization, of which Xplora is the Philadelphia affiliate. Sara currently serves as a Board Member for the Drexel University Board of Governors. She graduated from Drexel University with her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Law and her MBA in Organizational Behavior. In addition to receiving excellence awards throughout her recruiting career, she has been acknowledged as one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s People on the Move in 2015 and 2018.

Sarah Clark

DIRECTOR OF STAFFING
Sarah is the Director of Staffing for Xplora Search Group with over 15 years of experience in consulting/interim recruitment. She has built her career specializing in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources across all industries. Sarah prides herself on a high retention rate with internal staff and her client base. Sarah is known for going above and beyond for her clientele and works as an extension to leadership adding expertise and advising on market trends. She was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia area and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University. She has a passion for matching talent with opportunities in and around the city she loves.

Joe Marchese

DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTING & FINANCE RECRUITING
Joe has over 20 years of direct-hire accounting and finance recruiting experience in the Philadelphia market. He serves a diverse client base and as a dedicated partner to public and private corporations in a variety of industries. As a recruiter, he engages with candidates of all levels from staff through C-level, primarily in general accounting, audit, corporate FP&A, and external reporting/technical accounting. He graduated from Cabrini University with a BS in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.

Phil is from the Greater Philadelphia area and graduated with a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
